This study will mainly be read by Christians, but if you are a Muslim reading this study,
I do not wish to offend you. I do love you by the power that Jesus my
God has given me to love you. You may be seeking proof that Jesus is
really God. A true Christian can give you the proof. The proof is in
our love and the signs (miracles) that follow every Christian. In the USA,
many people claim to be a Christian, but many are not really
Christians, they are deceivers. Many true Christians simply don’t know
the Bible. They follow the ways of tradition which Jesus very strongly
spoke against in His Gospels.
“And these signs shall follow them that believe;
In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new
tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly
thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and
they shall recover.”
Mark 16:17-18
If a person says they are a Christian and they don’t speak in tongues, they are not a Christian. ETC.
Introduction
There
are real Muslims as there are real Christians. To me it seems that a
person claims the religion of their parents or the religion of their
country. An individual most decide for himself or herself how involved
they will be with their religion. Those who really get involved based
totally on their religions holy book are fundamentalists.
There
are very major differences between Islam and Christianity. The
differences are like between night and day. One teaches hate and murder.
The other teaches love and non-violence.
Does your God have a name?
I. Islam and Christian Fundamentalists
Christianity
has fundamentalists. When I was a Baptist, we considered ourselves to
be fundamental Baptists, even fighting fundamentalists. Why did we
consider ourselves as fundamentalists? We considered ourselves
fundamentalists, because we held to strictly following the Bible. The
Bible says It; I believe It; that settles it!
Islam has
fundamentalists. Why do they consider themselves as fundamentalists?
They consider themselves as fundamentalists, because they hold to a
strict following of the Kor’an. The Kor’an says it; they believe it;
that settles it! Since a Holy Jihad is taught, we will kill all Jews
and infidels (pagans), so reads the Holy Kor’an.
How to Treat Infidels According to the Kor’an
Surah 9:5 But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war;
but if they repent, and establish regular prayers and practise regular
charity, then open the way for them: for Allah is Oft–forgiving, Most
Merciful.
Surah 9:29 Fight those who believe not in Allah
nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by
Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, even
if they are of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with
willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
Surah 9:123 O ye who believe! fight the unbelievers who gird you about, and let them find firmness in you: and know that Allah is with those who fear Him.
Surah
48:29 Muhammad is the messenger of Allah; and those who are with him
are strong against Unbelievers, but compassionate amongst each other.
Surah
8:38-39 Say to the Unbelievers, if now they desist from Unbelief,
their past would be forgiven them; but if they persist, the punishment of those before them is already a matter of warning for them.
39 And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression,
and there prevail justice and faith in Allah altogether and
everywhere; but if they cease, verily Allah doth see all that they do.
Surah 2:193 And fight them on until there is no more Tumult or oppression,
and there prevail justice and faith in Allah; but if they cease, Let
there be no hostility except to those who practise oppression.
Surah 25:52 Therefore listen not to the Unbelievers, but strive (Jihad) against them with the utmost strenuousness, with the Qur’an.
Surah
61:9-11 It is He Who has sent His Messenger with Guidance and the
Religion of Truth, that he may proclaim it over all religion, even
though the Pagans may detest it.10 O ye who believe! Shall I lead you
to a bargain that will save you from a grievous Penalty?–11 That ye
believe in Allah and His Messenger, and that ye strive your utmost in
the Cause of Allah, with your property and your persons: That will be
best for you, if ye but knew!
Surah 9:20 Those who believe, and suffer exile and strive with might and main, in Allah’s cause,
with their goods and their persons, have the highest rank in the sight
of Allah: they are the people who will achieve salvation.
Surah 2:191 And slay them wherever ye catch them,
and turn them out from where they have Turned you out; for tumult and
oppression are worse than slaughter; but fight them not at the Sacred
Mosque, unless they first fight you there; but if they fight you, slay
them. Such is the reward of those who suppress faith.
Surah 2:216 Fighting
is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye
dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which
is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not.
Surah 4:74 Let those fight in the cause of Allah Who sell the life of this world for the hereafter. To him who fighteth in the cause of Allah,– whether he is slain or gets victory–Soon shall We give him a reward of great value.
Surah 47:4-6 Therefore,
when ye meet the Unbelievers in fight, smite at their necks; At
length, when ye have thoroughly subdued them, bind a bond firmly on
them: thereafter is the time for either generosity or ransom: Until the
war lays down its burdens. Thus are ye commanded: but if it had been
Allah’s Will, He could certainly have exacted retribution from them
Himself; but He lets you fight in order to test you, some with others. But those who are slain in the Way of Allah,– He will never let their deeds be lost. 5 Soon will He guide them and improve their condition, 6 And admit them to the Garden which He has announced for them.
Etc.
II. Love and Hate
“And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
[17] Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the
day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. [18] There
is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear
hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. [19] We love
him, because he first loved us. [20] If a man say, I love God, and
hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother
whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? [21] And
this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his
brother also.” 1 John 4:16-21
God is love! If you are not in love, you are not in God! V.:16
Love allows us to be bold in the day of judgement. V.:17
"There is no fear in love..." V.:18 "...perfect love casts our fear..." V.:18
"...fear involves torment..." V.:18
"We love Him (God) because He first loved us" V.:19
You cannot hate a brother! V.:20
How should a Christian love?
“My
little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in
deed and in
truth.”
1 John 3:18
What should a Christian not love?
“Love not the world, neither the things thatare
in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not
in him.” 1 John 2:15
Christians are not given a choice, for they must ‘love thy neighbor’.
Who
is your neighbor? Anyone who has a need is your neighbor! Everyone has
a need. Everyone is your neighbor, of course your spouse is included.
“Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself: I am the LORD.” Leviticus 19:18
“Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbor, and hate thine enemy. 44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies,
bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for
them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;”
Matthew 5:43-44
“Honor thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.” Matthew 19:19
“And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.” Matthew 22:39
“And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:31
“And to love him with all the heart and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbor as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.” Mark 12:33
“For
this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt
not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and
if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbor: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.” Romans 13:9
“For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.” Galatians 5:14
“If ye fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself, ye do well:” James 2:8
III. God’s Name
A
Muslim simple says ‘Allah’, which is the Arabic word for ‘god’.
Muslims don’t know the name of their god. A Christian should know the
name of the Muslim god is ‘Satan’.
A Christian’s God’s name
is Jesus. God loves us so must He has told us His name. Our God wants a
personal relationship with us, so He has told us His name, so we can
talk with Him.
Jesus is God.
"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." Isaiah 9:6
"Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;" Titus 2:13
"And
we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an
understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him
that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life." 1 John 5:20
"But
made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a
servant, and was made in the likeness of men:" (Why is He coming in the
likeness of men? Because He's God!)
Philippians 2:7
"And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, ... ." Philippians 2:8
"Beware
lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the
tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after
Christ. {9} For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily." Colossians 2:8-9
"Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus
Christ might show forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which
should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting. {17} Now unto the
King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen." 1 Timothy 1:16-17
"And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, ... ." 1 Timothy 3:16
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." John 1:1
“Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the Sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.” John 5:18
"At
that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in
you." (Jesus in you - Showing
deity) John 14:20
"But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God,
is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy
kingdom. {9} Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God,
even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy
fellows." Hebrews
1:8-9
(The Epistle to the Hebrews gives the most facts about who Jesus is)
"Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a Son, and they shall call His name Emanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us." Matthew 1:23
“And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.” John 20:28
Jesus in the Kor’an
Surah 3:45 Behold! the angels said: "O Mary!
Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be
Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honour in this world and the
Hereafter and of the company of those nearest to Allah; 46 "He shall
speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. And he shall be of
the company of the righteous." 47 She said: "O my Lord! How shall I have a son when no man hath touched me?" He said: "Even so: Allah createth what He willeth: When He hath decreed a plan, He but saith to it, ‘Be,’ and it is!
Surah 5:13 Then will Allah say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Recount My favour to thee and to thy mother. Behold! I strengthened thee with the holy spirit,
so that thou didst speak to the people in childhood and in maturity.
Behold! I taught thee the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel and
behold! thou makest out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, by
My leave, and thou breathest into it and it becometh a bird by My
leave, and thou healest those born blind, and the lepers, by My leave.
And behold! thou bringest forth the dead by My leave. And behold! I did
restrain the Children of Israel from violence to thee when thou didst
show them the clear Signs, and the unbelievers among them said: ‘This
is nothing but evident magic.’
Surah 157-158 That they said in
boast, "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of
Allah";– but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made
to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts,
with no certain knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a
surety they killed him not:– 158 Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself;
and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise;–
Surah 19:16
Relate in the Book the story of Mary, when she withdrew from her
family to a place in the East. 17 She placed a screen to screen
herself from them; then We sent her our angel, and he appeared before
her as a man in all respects. 18 She said: "I seek refuge from thee to
Allah Most Gracious: come not near if thou dost fear Allah." 19 He
said: "Nay, I am only a messenger from thy Lord, to announce to thee the gift of a holy son.
20 How shall I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I
am not unchaste?" 21 He She said: "said: "So it will be: Thy Lord
saith, ‘that is easy for Me: and We wish to appoint him as a Sign unto
men and a Mercy from Us’: It is a matter so decreed." 22 So she
conceived him, and she retired with him to a remote place.
Surah
9:30-31 The Jews call ‘Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call
Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; in this
they but imitate what the unbelievers of old used to say. Allah’s curse
be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth!
31 They take their priests and their anchorites to be their lords in derogation of Allah, and they take as their Lord Christ the son of Mary;
yet they were commanded to worship but One Allah: there is no god but
He. Praise and glory to Him: Far is He from having the partners they
associate with Him.
The miraculous virgin birth of Jesus: Islam and Christianity agree that Jesus miraculously was born of a virgin. (Koran 19:16-26; Isaiah 7:14)
Moslems are to fight a Holy Jihad against all infidels as their imam
(pastor) directs. Why do they fight to kill infidels? That is what the
Kor’an teaches.
Looking at the Moslem's Jihad, one sees Moslems killing Moslems. Iran was fighting Iraq. Moslems were killing Moslems. This war lasted for about ten years. Some say millions were killed. Iraq invaded Kuwait. Other Moslem countries come to Kuwait’s
defense. Moslems were fighting and killing other Moslems. Do you see
where the strong possibility of demons being involved with the killing
of people? Today in Iraq
there are Moslems torturing other Moslems knowing they are going to
kill them anyway. Yet they torture will electric drills, etc. Are these
individuals demon possessed? Since Satan is their god, and since Satan
controls the demons, it would stand to reason he wants as many people
dead as soon as possible, John 10:10. Why? Many Moslems are turning to
Jesus. Jesus is drawing many people to Him. Satan is in the battle to
win! A dear Sister in Jesus just told me about a Palestinian man who
accepted Jesus as his God, and was water baptized in the name of Jesus
for the washing away of sin, by an Australian Sister. PRAISE
JESUS!!!!!!! Thousands are starting to following Jesus in Afghanistan, etc. etc.
The future of Islam is like the past of communism. The god of
communism is Satan. Satan came in like a flood in the politics of some
countries. Jesus raised a standard against the god of communism -
Satan. Islam has come in like a flood in the politics of some
countries. Jesus will raise a standard against the god of Islam -
Satan!
“So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.” Isaiah 59:19
B. Should Christians be involved in a physical war?
Would Jesus carry an M16 rifle?
Why do the so-called Christians endorse war?
Why do many denominations endorse war?
Do you endorse war? Why?
Should a Christian endorse war?
Christians are under the New Covenant not the Old Covenant.
What did Jesus say about physical fighting?
“Blessed [are] the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.” Matthew 5:5
“Blessed
[are] the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of
God.”
Matthew 5:9
“But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil:
but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the
other also.” Matthew 5:39
“But I say
unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to
them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and
persecute you;”
Matthew 5:44
“Therefore all things
whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them:
for this is the law and the prophets.” Matthew 7:12
“But
I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which
hate you, Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which
despitefully use you. And unto him that smiteth thee on the [one] cheek
offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloke forbid not [to
take thy] coat also.” Luke 6:27-29
What did Paul write?
“Whosoever
therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and
they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.” Romans
13:2
C. Christian's Spiritual Warfare
Paul used the power of God to subdue the tongue (The power - anointing by the Holy Spirit)
“And
this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to
the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of
her. And he came out the same hour.”
Acts 16:18
“(For the weapons of our warfare [are] not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)” 2 Corinthians 10:4
“Finally,
my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put
on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the
wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but
against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the
darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able
to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand
therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the
breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation
of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith,
wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which
is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in
the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and
supplication for all saints;”
Ephesians 6:10-18
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith,
knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren
that are in the world.”
1 Peter 5:8-9
“For to be
carnally minded [is] death; but to be spiritually minded [is] life and
peace.”
Romans 8:6
“For God hath not given us the spirit
of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound
mind.”
2 Timothy 1:7
“Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for
we are not ignorant of his devices.”
2 Corinthians 2:11
“Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.”
(In Karate the hand is the sword)
Matthew 26:52
“Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take [it], and likewise [his] scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one. For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end. And they said, Lord, behold, here [are] two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough.” Luke 22:36-38
“And
these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast
out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;”
Mark 16:17
If you believe, you should be prepared to cast out demons.
King David could not build the temple, why? He was a man of war!
Conclusion
I am still a fundamentalist, just not a Baptist.
There
are liberal and fundamental Moslems. Fundamental Moslems say there
aren’t any liberal Moslems. They believe a Moslem must be following the
Kor’an, or they aren’t Moslems!
There are liberal and
fundamental Christians. Fundamental Christians say there aren’t any
liberal Christians. They believe a Christian must be following the
Bible, or they aren’t Christians!
If you are a Moslem and you want to kill me, why?
Here is a prayer:
Dear God,
I want to know who you are. I want you to love me, and I want to love
you. Please help me! You are God, so you are all powerful. You are
everywhere; you are all knowing. I want to go to heaven. Please reveal
yourself to me. Please show me your miracles. I want to serve you. I
want to worship you. Dear God, thank you for listening to me. I have
sinned. Please help me not to sin. I do not want to lie anymore. I want
to have a spouse who loves me. I want to be apart of a loving
community. Thank you for answering my prayers.
In Jesus' name, Amen
Salvation - John 3:5-6, Acts 2:38
The following are acts of obedience:
Repent
Be water baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for the washing away of sin (Acts 22:16)
Be Holy Ghost baptized with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
